Shortly after graduating from the University of Ottawa, with a degree in Public Policy, Joyce relocated to the Toronto area and quickly realized Oakville was where she wanted to raise her family as it reminded her of her home, the West Island of Montreal.

Joyce is married to Delando Hawthorne and they have 3 busy children, Alexander 14, Samuel 12 and Sophie 9.  When not selling real estate you will see Joyce at the Oakville Gymnastics Club supporting her daughter who is a competitive  gymnast, watching Samuel, an aspiring black belt at Shudokan Family Karate, laughing at Alex’s latest improvisation skit, or walking her golden retriever Daisy.  

With a background in marketing and customer service, Joyce brings her professional experience and cheerful demeanor to the Real Estate Business. She is not afraid to raise the bar when it comes to helping her clients.

Joyce is also an advocate for children with Autism and is proud to support the Woodview Learning Centre. 

His real estate career has included marketing, consulting, coaching, counselling, training, speaking, negotiating, arbitrating and public relations. He was president of his real estate board and was appointed by the Ontario Government to the Commercial Registration Appeal Tribunal for real estate cases. He has attended conferences and networking meetings in every province and a number of U.S. states that can benefit relocating clients.

He is well known and respected in the industry and is pleased to be adding his experience, knowledge and expertise to THE FESTARINI FEENSTRA TEAM working with home buyers and sellers. After hours his interests include Health & Nutrition, Gourmet Cooking & Fine Dining, Photography & Digital Imaging, Travel & Theatre, and Keeping in touch with Friends.

A veteran in the profession, Phyllis enjoyed many successful years which earned her President’s Gold achievement awards with Royal LePage. She is pleased to bring her experience to the Festarini Feenstra Team who share her dedication to quality service and professional integrity.

In her spare time, Phyllis is a grandmother of 7 children and enjoys an occasional game of Bridge with her friends. She can also be seen on the golf courses in the summer and the ski slopes in winter.
